Culleoka TN is a great community located to the south and south east of Columbia TN and is located in Maury County. The area is truly beautiful and has very easy access to and from Interstate 65 allowing for a quick commute to Franklin and points North and East. Many beautiful farms and lots of rolling hills provide a wonderful view from anywhere in Culleoka. Many folks are drawn to the area as it is close to many other much more densely populated areas allowing for an easy commute, but offers that small town atmosphere and has a local school that students attend K through 12.

Real Estate trends in Culleoka are moving in a very postive direction. In 2011 there were a total of 15 sales of site built homes sold in the community. Lets take a look at just a few statistics to help us understand these developing trends.

Now that we have the charts to view we can see that there were a total of 15 residential site built homes sold in 2011. During the first six month period there were a total of 4 sales, and during the second half of 2011 there were a total of 11 sales. This is a staggering 175% increase in the amount of successful sales closed in Culleoka during the second six month period over the first six month period of 2011!

 

Now that we have entered 2011 there are five properties listed as Pending already as of January 20th 2012.

The number of properties shown as currently pending site built home sales in Culleoka already exceeds the number of properties that sold and closed in the first six months of 2011!

This is great news for home buyers and sellers. For sellers, they can see that folks are coming back into the market in meaningful numbers, and for the buyers, they are getting great prices as the market appears to be just starting to rebound.
