The second quarter statistics are in for Spring Hill TN and activity in Spring Hill has been robust. I just want to go over this second quarter of 2012 and then compare those results with the first quarter of 2012 and see how the market is trending.

I also think it would be of value comparing this years second quarter results with the second quarter of last year, April 1st 2011 through June 30th 2011.

These statistics are for Spring Hill as a whole, Spring Hill is located in both Williamson and Maury Counties.

The average days on market continue to trend in a positive direction as well showing us that homes are not taking as long to sell.

Now is the time for folks that are thinking of buying or selling to prepare themselves so that they can make the best decisions for such an important investment.
